Application for registration.—Every proprietor of a shooting range carrying on the running of a shooting range shall make an application for registration to the Licensing Authority in Form IV, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every seized article held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
