Surrender of certificate.—Every proprietor of a shooting range who ceases to carry on the running of a shooting range shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every firearm held by him has been disposed of.
