Intimation of change.—Every proprietor of a shooting range shall intimate to the Licensing Authority, in Form IV and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
