Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a tourist vehicle who ceases to carry on the plying of a tourist vehicle shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every guest register held by him has been disposed of.
