Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the person discharging effluent into a stream shall apply to the Board in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
