Intimation of change.—Every owner of a mine within a forest shall intimate to the Government of Bihar, in Form V and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Bihar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
