Application for registration.—Every employer carrying on the employment of persons shall make an application for registration to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal in Form 10, within forty-five days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every register of members held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
