Regulation 2, PFRDA (Appeals of Subscribers) Regulations, 2016 [SCV-PPH]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013 (23 of 2013); (b) "subscriber" means a person carrying on subscription to a pension scheme; (c) "claim" means a claim received, held or disposed of by a subscriber in the course of subscription to a pension scheme; (d) "Form 5" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
