Application for registration.—Every insurance repository carrying on the holding of policies in electronic form shall make an application for registration to the Authority in Form IRDA-6, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every survey report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
