Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the emergency arbitrator shall apply to the Government of Kerala in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Government of Kerala shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
