Surrender of certificate.—Every emergency arbitrator who ceases to carry on the grant of emergency interim measures shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Kerala in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every certificate of accreditation held by him has been disposed of.
