Surrender of certificate.—Every kazi who ceases to carry on the functions of a kazi shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every notice of intended marriage held by him has been disposed of.
