Application for registration.—Every open shelter carrying on the running of an open shelter shall make an application for registration to the District Child Protection Unit in Form I, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
