Safe custody.—Every public call office operator shall keep every subscriber record to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a public call office is carried on, shall record in Form A the description of every subscriber record so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Universal Service Obligation Fund within fifteen days of the close of each year.
