Surrender of certificate.—Every public call office operator who ceases to carry on the running of a public call office shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Universal Service Obligation Fund in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every telecommunication service held by him has been disposed of.
