Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the annuity service provider shall apply to the Government of Goa in Form 10 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Government of Goa shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
