Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any user of water dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Gujarat in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every sample of water then held; and the Government of Gujarat shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
