Application for registration.—Every holder of a composite licence carrying on the working of a composite licence shall make an application for registration to the Mining Tribunal in Form K, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every survey map held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
