Surrender of certificate.—Every trading house who ceases to carry on the export of goods as a trading house shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authorised Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form FC-4 of the manner in which every bond held by him has been disposed of.
