Intimation of change.—Every lottery agent shall intimate to the Finance Commission, in Form GFR 12-A and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Finance Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
