Intimation of change.—Every owner of a protected monument shall intimate to the Competent Authority, in Form I and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Competent Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.
