Surrender of certificate.—Every salvor who ceases to carry on the salvage of vessels shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Bihar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every bill of lading held by him has been disposed of.
