Intimation of change.—Every unit shall intimate to the Development Commissioner, in Form FC-4 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Development Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
