Intimation of change.—Every occupant of public premises shall intimate to the Competent Authority, in Form 1 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Competent Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
