Intimation of change.—Every aggregator shall intimate to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, in Form 13 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
