Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in milk who ceases to carry on the sale of milk shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every ration card held by him has been disposed of.
