Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in milk shall apply to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
