Surrender of certificate.—Every whistle blower who ceases to carry on the making of public interest disclosures shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Lokpal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every record held by him has been disposed of.
