Intimation of change.—Every procuring entity shall intimate to the Finance Commission, in Form GFR 19 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Finance Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
