Correction of entries.—The Government of Andhra Pradesh may, on an application made in Form B by any athlete support personnel or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than one hundred and twenty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
