Surrender of certificate.—Every deponent before a commission who ceases to carry on the giving of evidence before a commission shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Controller in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every record held by him has been disposed of.
