Safe custody.—Every trustee of a family settlement shall keep every order of maintenance to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the administration of a family settlement is carried on, shall record in Form IV the description of every order of maintenance so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the District Court within fourteen days of the close of each year.
