Intimation of change.—Every licensee of an explosives magazine shall intimate to the Chief Controller of Explosives, in Form VII and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Controller of Explosives shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
