Application for registration.—Every licensee of an explosives magazine carrying on the storage of explosives shall make an application for registration to the Chief Controller of Explosives in Form IV, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every poison held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
