Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the curator of a museum to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form IV, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Director General shall record the manner and the date of service within sixty days of the service.
