Application for registration.—Every curator of a museum carrying on the management of a museum shall make an application for registration to the Director General in Form VIII, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every permission held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
