Application for registration.—Every point of sales person carrying on the sale of insurance products at a point of sale shall make an application for registration to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in Form IRDA-6, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every endorsement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
