Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the point of sales person to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form IRDA-6, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall record the manner and the date of service within thirty days of the service.
