Conditions of registration.—Every point of sales person shall carry on the sale of insurance products at a point of sale only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every statement of claims in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such statement of claims for inspection on request by the Insurance Ombudsman, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
