Rule 9, Madhya Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Licensing) Rules, 2015 [SCS-VBF]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the point of sales person shall apply to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in Form IRDA-7 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
