Intimation of change.—Every operator of a critical facility shall intimate to the National Executive Committee, in Form G and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Executive Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
