Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the importer of wireless equipment shall apply to the Licensing Authority in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Licensing Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
