Surrender of certificate.—Every transmission licensee who ceases to carry on the transmission of electricity shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Electrical Inspector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every installation held by him has been disposed of.
