Intimation of change.—Every contractor for relief works shall intimate to the Relief Commissioner, in Form A and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Relief Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
