Surrender of certificate.—Every riparian owner who ceases to carry on the drawing of water from a river shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every dispute held by him has been disposed of.
