Surrender of certificate.—Every coaching centre who ceases to carry on the running of a coaching centre shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every fee receipt held by him has been disposed of.
