Application for registration.—Every athlete support personnel carrying on the support of athletes shall make an application for registration to the Sports Authority in Form B, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every recognition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
