Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the mediator shall apply to the Mediation Council in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Mediation Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
