Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the real estate agent shall apply to the Housing Board in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Housing Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
