Application for registration.—Every railway administration carrying on the working of a railway shall make an application for registration to the Railway Administration in Form A, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every consignment held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
